The delivery happens ingame. Please choose the right server and the delivery type while ordering. Provide your character name during the checkout process.

Delivery type "Ingame Mail (postal delivery)"
Delivery via ingame mail to your FFXI character.

Delivery type "Face to Face"
As soon as we receive your payment, our employees will whisper to you ingame. Please meet with our employee immediately for the Gold handover.

Delivery type "Comfort Trade"
Enter your account information during the payment process. When your Gold is ready, we log into your account, create a new character and deliver the FFXI gold directly. The delivery happens between 1am and 6pm (GMT+1) so you are not disturbed while raiding. We recommend this type of delivery. Account information is used trustworthy and deleted from our system after the transfer. We ensure maximum security.

Delivery time:
The delivery is about 12-48 hours after payment receipt. However, we can fulfil 90% of our orders within 1-12 hours after payment is received.
