• 2.1 In detail: How can I earn money with the MMOGA Affiliate Program?

  We offer the following commissions depending on the product category:
  
  - 10% on all digital goods (such as game keys or gamecards)
  - 15% on all virtual goods (such as WoW Gold and Items)
  
  If one of your viewers clicks our affiliate link, a cookie will be set. This cookie is valid for 30 days and assigns a user as mediated by you. You will receive a commission on the complete sales within 30 days.
  
  Each month, we synchronize the complete amount of sales data. The commissions for all confirmed sales will reach you around the 20th day of the following month via Paypal, Skrill or as MMOGA shop credit.

• 2.2 When do I get paid the commission?

  The commissions are summed up and are paid out once a month, as soon as you have gathered a sum of €30 confirmed commission (between the 15th and the 25th of a month).
   
  We can transfer your commission to your bank account, to your Paypal account, to your Skrill account, or it can be paid as MMOGA shop credit direktly to your MMOGA customer account.
  

• 2.3 Commission status "unconfirmed"

  No worries. The status "unconfirmed" means that those commissions will be approved within the next payment procedure.
  We usually do that at 10th - 20th of each following month.

  
  

  So your unconfirmed commissions from august will be checked and confirmed or canceled around 10th september and so on.

• 2.4 Are there products for which I receive no commission?

  In fact, there are products that need to be excluded from the commission sytem.

• 2.5 What are the reasons for a cancellation?

  Cancellations can have different reasons. In our affiliate program the following reasons may occur:
  
  - customer does not pay
  - customer tried to betray
  - customer cancels order
  
  Although we do not have much influence on this, we try to keep the number of cancellations as low as possible. Our global cancellation rate is below 15% which makes us the best partner with the lowest cancellation rates in the market!

• 2.6 How does the bonus system work?

  When you reach 100 sales you will receive a €100 bonus in addition to your commision. You will receive €500 extra for 500 sales. We uniquely pay bonusses up to €600 to our webmasters.

   

  The Partnerships for YouTube / Twitch / Twitter / Facebook / Instagram differs from the normal Partnership. Members of these Partnerships are not eligible for bonuses when reaching 100 or 500 sales. This also applies if you are also registered as a website operator and use the affiliate program primarily for YouTube / Twitch / Twitter / Facebook /Instagram.

  
  

• 2.7 Sponsorship of Games, Cards, Gold, Coins, etc.

  We would like to point out that a sponsoring of Game Keys Game Cards, Gold, Coins, Items, etc. is not part of the MMOGA Affiliate Program.

   

  We offer the possibility to earn a commission, which is at your disposal and can for example be used, to buy new game or other things, with good and targeted advertising.

   

• 2.8 How do I get a discount code?

  Your personal 3% discount code for your visitors / viewers can be requested from your affiliate manager.

  Simply use the contact form in the internal partner area.

   

  Requirements:
  - at least 5 unique sales via your affiliate link
  - optimized link placement (see the tutorials in the internal section)
  - no breaches of the partner rules (see point 4.1)

   

  Please note:
  The discount codes can be entered during the checkout in the "Discount Coupon" field. They will NOT be automatically activated when someone clicks your affiliate link.

   

  Recommended Wording:
  "Click on my MMOGA link and use the coupon code "your coupon code" to get 3% discount."

• 3.1 How do I create my personal affiliate link?

  The creation of your MMOGA Affiliate link is very simple. You just add the username, that you supplied when registering, to the normal link. Just use the following scheme:

  Your affiliate link will of course also appear in the internal affiliate area.

   

  If you wish to link to individual subpages, or products, just use the "link to this page" function in the internal Affiliate Program. This function allows you to create a personal link with Ref ID to the page on which you are currently located. You can therefore navigate through the store and create a link to any page.

• 3.2 How can you ensure that a purchase mediated by me is attributed to my account?

  When a user clicks your link, a cookie is set. This cookie is valid for 30 days and attributes the customer to your account. You will receive a commission for the turn-over within 30 days (PostView: 7 days).

• 3.3 How long is a cookie valid?

  A Click cookie is valid for 30 days. A PostView cookie is valid for 7 days.

• 3.4 How can I use SubIDs?

  You can create dynamic as well as static SubIDs. Dynamic SubIDs have to be activated by us on request.

• 3.5 How do I create static SubIDs?

  - log in to your account
  - select "Edit affiliate account"
  - click tab "SubIDS"
  - create a SubID

• 3.6 How do I create dynamic SubIDs?

  Our system automatically recognizes dynamic SubIDs. You just have to use the respective SubID directly in your link code. The system adopts the name and saves the SubID. Dynamic SubIDs have to be activated by us.

• 3.7 How should I place my affiliate link?

  a) Website

  We offer you a wide variety of graphic advertising materials in standard sizes, which you can integrate into your website. There is of course also the possibility to use text links.

   

  b) YouTube

  The video description

  The most important part is to choose the right place in the video description. Since most viewers do not "View More" click on the button in the description, it is very important that you place the link on the first, second or third line of your description.

  c) Twitch

  Twitch Panel

  Use one of our panel grafics to put a MMOGA panel into your Twitch channel.

  d) Facebook

  Use the MMOGA link as a short link in your posts. Example: If you write a post about Battlefield then you use the MMOGA short link to link to the product in the MMOGA store. A detailed tutorial for creating short links is available after the activation of your affiliate account.

   

  e) Twitter

  Use the MMOGA link as a short link in your tweets. Example: If you write a tweet about Battlefield then you use the MMOGA short link to link to the product in the MMOGA store. A detailed tutorial for creating short links is available after the activation of your affiliate account.

• 3.8 Where and when can I not use my MMOGA affiliate link?

  Please note that it is prohibited to use the MMOGA affiliate link as spam. You are, for example, not allowed to put the link under the videos, posts, tweets, etc. of other affiliates. Moreover, it is not allowed to use your affiliate link for your own purchases.

  
  Doing so may result in immediate expulsion from the Affiliate Program and the full cancellation of all sales.

• 4.1 Which rules do I have to follow in the affiliate program?

  1. It is not allowed to use keywords or combinations of keywords that contain "MMOGA" or similar sounding words. Clarified: Advertising and promotional materials, which are used as a core element of the brand MMOGA are only permitted after approval. Brand bidding is prohibited.
  2. Only approved advertising means are allowed. Self-provided advertising means have to be approved by MMOGA LTD.
  3. It is not allowed to directly open the main page or other pages of MMOGA unvisible.
  4. It is not allowed to use advertising means in refresh / autoload. The ad has to be shown directly and not just after a certain period of time.
  5. ForcedKlicks and Payback campaigns are only allowed if approved by MMOGA.
  6. It is allowed to use Layer (Java, iframe). The main page and other pages of MMOGA may not be opened directly invisible. Respective advertising means have to be used.
  7. The number per multi merchant advertising means is limited to three.
  8. The advertisement has to be clickable and has to refer to MMOGA's offers.
  9. It is not allowed to publish, share or promote promo or discount vouchers from MMOGA without written permission from MMOGA. This includes all MMOGA general vouchers given out e.g. for a special cooperation or within a MMOGA newsletter. It is strictly forbidden to use the MMOGA vouchers as an incentive to generate clicks for the own referer ID.
  10. The MMOGA affiliate link may only be used on advertising spaces that were approved by MMOGA. Approved AdSpaces are highlighted in green.
  11. It is not allowed to use your own affiliate link on content (for example videos, Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, etc.) of other affiliates
  12. It is not allowed to use the affiliate link on content (for example videos, Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, etc.) of MMOGA
  13. It is not allowed to use your affiliate link or creator code for your own purchases. This also applies to purchases by household and family members
  14. The MMOGA affiliate link must not be used as Spam.
  15. Cookie spam / advertising without personal contribution is not permitted (for example, click on the affiliate link to participate in a raffle / giveaway or using the link on deal sites)

• 4.2 Which additional PostView rules do I have to follow?

  1. PostView is only allowed if approved by MMOGA in written form.
  2. It is not allowed to use measures or means to influence, distort or whitewash statistics.
  3. The minimum size of an advertisement is 234x60 pixel. Text advertisements have to contain a clear reference to MMOGA.
  4. Only TPV / PostView codes are allowed. Codes may not be changed.
  5. It is not allowed to use advertisements for MMOGA in rotation / refresh / autoload. The advertisement has to be loaded directly when the website is opened. Later refreshes to send out cookies are not allowed.
  6. It is not allowed to use DropCookies, Click Cookies, 1x1 pixel frames or something of this sort.

• 4.3 What happens when I break the rules?

  Depending on the severity of the violation of the rules, we will take different actions:
