Gold: After reveiving your payment the Gold will be delivered to your character by the chosen delivery type.
Powerleveling: Directly while ordering you provide all neccessary information. After the payment receipt we will start the powerleveling within 12 hours.
Guides, CD-Key or Gamecards: After successful pament receipt we deliver within 5-10 minutes directly to your eMail address.

Delivery types
Ingame Mail:
We deliver the product via ingame mail as an attachment to your character. Afterwards you can take the gold out of the attachment of the mail from any desired mailbox.
Face to Face:
Our employees will whisper to you ingame in your given online times. We ask you to meet with our employee immediately, so that we can hand over the product to you.
Comfort Trade:
As soon as the product is in stock, we log into your account, create a new character on your server and deliver the product directly. Additionally the committals happen between 1-18 o clock Gmt+1 so that we do not disturbe you while raiding.
We recommend this type of delivery, because we are able to transfer the product fast and secure to your account. Your account information is used trustworthy and will be deleted out of our system after successful transfer. Hereby we ensure maximum security and a smooth delivery.
Mule Account:
Wir erstellen für Sie einen nagelneuen Spieleaccount mit den jeweiligen Tagen freier Spielzeit und hinterlegen Ihr Produkt auf diesem Account.
Nach der Lieferung erhalten Sie Accountname und Passwort. Sie können nun über das Produkt, sowie über den Account frei verfügen. Etwaige Zusatzkosten setzen sich aus dem erstellen eines neuen Accounts zusammen.
Contract:
We create a shiny new account with 30 days of playtime for you and put the product on it. After the gold delivery you get the account name and password. You can handle the gold and the account as you wish. Possible extra costs are for the creation of the new account.
